Agents, we are tracking a few purchase issues with the game launch today.
With many of our agents flooding into the game, it looks like our database is running a bit behind with those trying to pick up some in game items. This will be fixed shortly (within a few minutes) but until them the transaction may fail (with no money being taken)
Players on this platform may notice that no purchases are currently going through (with no money being taken). The team believe it knows the cause and a hotfix will be available by the end of the day (with the current plan).
We are tracking some reports that agents who purchased the Black Tie Edition are not getting their bonds.
An issue where players who not able to purchase bonds from in-game has been resolved.
